Description:

Organic market garden (non-profit-making) with an emphasis on teaching young people to grow food while maintaining the earth in good heart. Wide variety of crops plus herd of goats.

Steady, resourceful older people much appreciated.

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn, ability to cope with outdoor, physical work.

Work:

Soil preparation, planting, harvesting.
Maintenance of fences, sheds etc.
Care and milking of goats.

Language(s):

Some basic English

Accommodation:

Local volunteers can commute. Some caravan accommodation available.

Cost:

No direct costs. Volunteers must arrange their own travel.

Application:
